While fans were walking around the Motorama Custom Car and Motorsports Expo back in March, every single one of them stopped and took a closer look at the No. 42 JRS Auctions OSCAAR Super Late Models presented by Just Foam It entry.
Could you blame them? Absolutely not.
Just as beautiful as it may look sitting on a show room floor, it is no secret that Tyler Liscum is excited to get behind the wheel of the car this summer.
“My thoughts are I believe that it's going to be an amazing season for OSCAAR,” Liscum said. “Bringing back the super lates, it's bringing them back to its roots where it all started. The Hot Rods and the Mods are both incredible classes; I believe that everybody's going to shine.”
Entering the season, Liscum is keeping his goals simple with the hopes of making it out to each race on the schedule as a driver himself, but also with a second-entry as he wants to “boost the series to get it back to where it was.”
Speaking of the schedule, it is no secret Peterborough Speedway is the track he has circled on the calendar of the season when the super late models head there in July.

Liscum’s support of OSCAAR has been no secret through the years. He has fielded a modified over the past couple seasons, which TJ Edwards ran for the final couple races of 2025. Liscum noted Edwards will be back running some events alongside his own super late model campaign, with plans of the team debuting another modified.
He also owns Overkill Enterprise, which is the title sponsor for the Modified division. His reason for supporting is simple, as it “feels good to be apart of something that I believe is really going to grow this year.”
“Dave (Gainforth) does an amazing job with the whole crew, the team,” Liscum added. “It’s more like back to the days where it was a family-thing to do, the whole family goes out to the race track. It’s got that vibe which I like.”
