Whether you are there for the speed or the thrills, Delaware Speedway is one of those tracks that always delivers for every fan.

OSCAAR may be visiting the half-mile on three occasions in 2026, but each of those promise to be full of excitement with big shows on tap. Combined with the fact this is the place where the drivers will reach the highest speeds of the season, you cannot go wrong in tagging along for some excitement.

As it has become a tradition over the past couple of seasons, the weekend before Canada Day will be spent soaking up the rays at the half-mile while enjoying some great racing. What better way to ring in the nation's birthday than with camping and racecars?

It will be an exciting night of racing with both the Overkill Enterprise OSCAAR Modifieds, and The Fyre Place & Patio Shop OSCAAR Hot Rods presented by Bromley Automotive in attendance. The past seasons have seen close racing for the lead right down to the final laps, as well as dominating performances in other seasons. One thing for certain, though, is there will be a bit of drama to wet the appetite.

If that was not enough to entice you to attend, the APC Auto Parts United Late Model Series will also be in attendance with a 100-lap feature to cap off the night. The series has become known for it's tight competition over recent seasons in putting the best of the best in Pro Late Models against each other. With some past champions returning this year, combined with drivers in new rides, the 2026 campaign should be no different.

The JRS Auctions OSCAAR Super Late Models presented by Just Foam It have been accustom to making a mid-season trip to Delaware, and this year will be no different as they will make their appearance in August.

Everyone talks about Delaware being the fastest track in the province due to being the biggest at a half-mile in length. So what happens when you combine the fastest track with the fastest cars in the province? You are guaranteed for some thrills and excitement in what you will be witnessing on-track all night long.

Delaware Speedway will also have their home-track modifieds and Bone Stocks in action that night to keep you entertained. With their Bone Stock division boasting 50 entries at times, there will be action from the start of the night in qualifying to see who makes the show, all the way through the feature where they will battle three and four-wide at times.

Over the last several years, Delaware Speedway has become known for their Great Canadian weekend boasting some of the best racing to cap off a season. It is why OSCAAR is glad to be a part of the first day of the two-day weekend show.

Both the Overkill Enterprise OSCAAR Modifieds, and The Fyre Place & Patio Shop OSCAAR Hot Rods presented by Bromley Automotive are in-action that night as drivers will be looking to capture the flag for bragging rights in saying they won one of the biggest events of the year.

The night will also include a 40-lap Bone Stock special feature, which does not need any further introduction. If you combine their stellar home-track drivers with those travelling to the track from around the province, you are certainly going to be guaranteed a show.
