Glenn Watson Leads Flag-to-Flag in Super Late Model feature

PETERBOROUGH, Ontario --- Starting on the pole, Glenn Watson led all 50 laps en route to winning the JRS Auctions OSCAAR Super Late Models presented by Just Foam It feature sponsored by Overkill Enterprises at Peterborough Speedway.

Watson showed speed throughout both practice sessions with laying down the quickest time, and was solid in his qualifying heat with a runner-up finish. Once The Car Guy green flag waved, he was dominant as he held his advantage over the field throughout the event. It marks the first trip of the 2026 campaign to Hoosier victory lane for the veteran.

Brandon Passer's early season consistency continued with a runner-up finish ahead of Marlie Owen in her first appearance of the season. Owen won the first qualifying heat race. Dustyn Mombourquette and Dwayne Baker rounded out the top-five.

TJ Edwards won the second qualifying heat, and ran inside the top-three until being involved in an incident at Lap 38. He was able to rebound for sixth ahead of Glenn Styres, Trevor Monaghan, Mike Miller, and Dario Capirchio.

Brad Robinson's series debut ended early on Lap 10 with issues; he was credited with an 11th-place finish.

The JRS Auctions OSCAAR Super Late Models presented by Just Foam It are back on-track on Friday, August 21 at Delaware Speedway.
